I've disabled pointer trails (never had it enabled) and hiding the cursor while typing. I've repaired league, updated my drivers and restarted my computer. Whenever i go into a game, my cursor disappears. If i right click, i can see where i clicked (the green thing). If I alt tab out and back in, i can see briefly my mouse cursor.

Might be focus assist on your pc messing with the interface by hiding pop up notifications on your screen while they are in fact there, causing your cursor to change to the standard windows one.
